The unique size and inward-curved shape of the Glencairn whiskey glass is designed to allow the connoisseur to see, smell, and taste all the nuances fine whiskey has to offer. The glass style was developed in Scotland and modeled after the traditional glasses used by Scottish and Irish whiskey makers.

The glasses are 4 ½” tall and are intended to hold approximately 1 ½” ounces of whiskey. The barrel stave flight with hoop accents is 17″ long and 3″ wide. George Washington’s signature is burned on the wood stave.
