BLENKO GLASS COMPANY Tangerine Pilsner

Colored glassware for the dining table is part of the Mount Vernon Collection. The shape of this conical pilsner glass is similar to the evenly tapered ale glasses used for beer and ale at George Washington’s table. The pilsner is approximately 9″ tall, 3″ in diameter at the base, and 2 ¾” in diameter at the lip. The pilsner glass has a capacity of 10 ounces. “GW” has been etched on the bottom of each glass exclusively for Mount Vernon. Handmade by Blenko Glass, West Virginia stained glass makers since the 19th century.
